The team at Ballinger Training and Consultancy care about the goals and aspirations of every student they meet.
Customer service, individualised attention, and successful student outcomes have all contributed to the reputation Ballinger has gained over the past 5 years throughout the Sunshine Coast.
âEvery person who makes an enquiry with us is given the opportunity to talk with one of our trainers and assessors about their career goals, individual needs and personal circumstancesâ, explains Terri Carr, Principal of Ballinger Training. âWe know that the decision to return to study as an adult is a complex one, and many factors need to be taken into consideration to ensure the successful completion of a qualification.â
âOur trainers take the time to provide advice on the best pathway for each student. On completion of a qualification, many students are and are able to secure part time and permanent positions in the workforce as a result of their study.â
Throughout each training course, students are provided with additional support and mentoring. Many students stay in contact with the team at Ballinger after they have finished studying, to gain continual advice and remain current in their industry area.
